Welcome to Istanbul

HOTEL TROYA BALAT

Troya Balat, is a boutique hotel in the Fener-Balat neighborhood of Istanbul, created by combining 4 small houses from the beginning of 1900s into a single building. One facade of the hotel faces the Golden Horn Sea, while the other, a quite street where the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate is also located. The 16 guestrooms stand out with their beautiful early 20th century original carved wooden ceilings and hand painted walls.

The hotel is located in the historic old city, at close proximity to both Taksim and Sultanahmet. It is quite easy to get from-to other areas of Istanbul by the transportation hubs close by the hotel.

All the rooms are non-smoking, and there is no elevator in the building.

“The hosts are very kind, professional and ready to assist at any time, and although we booked double room, they gave us the suite, which was so charming, with balcony. The suite and the rest of hotel is decorated in vintage style, but not exaggerated one but modest with a artistic touch. “
